Jonathan Griebel is a Principal Scientist at Cargill, where they lead a team of NPD developers to innovate at the intersection of Consumer Insights, Culinary Arts, and Food Science. They previously served as an Executive Chef in the restaurant industry from 1979 to 1995 and held various senior roles at General Mills, where they created successful food products and led significant projects.
