Jonathan Laroye

Jonathan Laroye is currently the Plant Manager at Cargill, where they oversee a production plant specializing in chicken products. With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry and more than seven years in the food sector, Jonathan has held various leadership roles, including Plant CI Manager and Operation Manager at Cargill. Previously, they served as Production Manager at BorgWarner, managing a fully automated production unit. Jonathan began their career as a Product Engineer at Delphi, eventually leading teams in product design and continuous improvement across multiple international locations. They hold an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ISAT.
