Katie Simmer

Katie Simmer, MBA, is a Human Resources Manager with over 15 years of experience in the field. They began their career at EHR Enterprises, Inc. as an Admin/Human Resources from 2004 to 2011, where they contributed to onboarding, employee relations, and process improvements. They progressed to roles such as Staffing Manager and Corporate Trainer at Diverse Staffing from 2015 to 2018, and later served as Human Resource Generalist at Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Katie is a Senior Supervisor Human Resource Business Partner at Cargill. They hold an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Management, both from Indiana Wesleyan University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
