Keith Brady

Keith Brady is a Principal Scientist at Cargill, where responsibilities include project management, strain development, metabolic engineering, fermentation, and strain evolution for the lactic acid production platform. With a focus on creating sustainable and innovative processes and products for various markets, Keith leverages extensive expertise in microbial biotechnology. Previous positions include Senior Molecular Biologist and Research Molecular Biologist at JMI Laboratories, and a Microbiologist II role at the University of Iowa, where a thesis was completed on the characterization of type III secretion promoters in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Educational credentials include an M.S. in Microbiology and a B.S. in Biology, both obtained from the University of Iowa.
