Kelly Schmidt

Kelly Schmidt is an experienced leader in adult learning and change management, currently serving as the Sales Enablement and Training Director for Cargill. Previously, Kelly held roles including Associate Director of Training at Optum, where 5-7 training projects were managed annually, and Dean of Faculty at Globe Education Network, overseeing a substantial faculty staff and course delivery. With a solid foundation in higher education, Kelly taught undergraduate courses at institutions such as North Dakota State University and St. Cloud State University. Kelly holds both a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications and a Master of Arts in Communication from North Dakota State University.
