Ken Finley is an accomplished biotechnologist with extensive experience in laboratory efficiency and data management, particularly at Cargill from June 2018 to September 2023 as a Principal Biotechnologist. During this tenure, Ken executed strategies to enhance laboratory processes and developed a global data ecosystem for Biology and Fermentation capabilities. Prior roles at Cargill included Senior Lead Biotechnology Supervisor, where strategic plans for genomic and bioinformatics were implemented, and Senior Molecular Biology Supervisor, overseeing the development of laboratory methods and staff performance. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Molecular Biologist at NatureWorks.
