Kristin Mitchell

Kristin Mitchell is an accomplished legal professional with extensive paralegal experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a High Level Paralegal at Cargill since October 2013, Kristin previously held the position of Senior Litigation Paralegal. Prior to that, Kristin worked at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP as a Paralegal in the Product Liability/Environmental practice group, focusing on agricultural, environmental, and food industry litigation from November 2007 to October 2013. Kristin's career began at Meagher & Geer, PLLP, where work as a Paralegal in the General Litigation practice group centered on asbestos litigation from 1999 to 2007. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal from Winona State University and a Master's degree in Food Safety from Michigan State University.
