Kyle McCormack is currently the Plant Manager at Cargill, having held the position since 2024. Previously, from 2021 to 2024, Kyle served as the Mill Superintendent at ADM. Kyle also has experience as a Technical Miller and Head Miller at Grain Craft from 2015 to 2018, and completed a Milling Internship there in 2014. Earlier in their career, Kyle worked as a Wheat Breeder's Assistant at Syngenta from 2011 to 2012 and gained valuable insights during a Summer Internship at Cereal Foods in 2013.
