Luiz Ferraz

Luiz Ferraz is an FSQR Audit Director with a solid background in Food Engineering and extensive experience in Food Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Production, Research & Development, and Consulting within the food industry. They served as an intern at ITAL, later held roles at JBS and Seara Alimentos S/A where they contributed to quality assurance and quality management initiatives. Additionally, Luiz worked as a consultant for Alimentar Consultoria, overseeing the implementation of quality systems and training. Presently, they manage global audit functions at Cargill, focusing on internal and supplier audits.
