Luke Miller

Luke Miller is a Customer Operations Leader with extensive expertise in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, and process optimization. They have significant experience leading global shared services teams and overseeing SAP implementations, including a successful Vistex upgrade and HighRadius Accelerator project. Previously, they held roles at Cargill and 3M, where they managed complex customer service operations and led initiatives to enhance digitalization and automation. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting at Eastern Mennonite University, alongside an Executive MBA at Friends University.
