Mark Barley

Mark Barley is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the cocoa and chocolate industry. Currently serving as Principal Regional Engineer at Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate since August 2013, Mark has a strong foundation in project and process engineering, demonstrated through previous roles as Project Engineer and Process Engineer at Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate North America and Statco Process Systems, respectively. Mark's career began as a Process/Packaging Design Specialist at Webber/Smith Associates, where tenure lasted from February 1992 to November 2005.
