Marya Lundquist, MBA, CPP, is an accomplished payroll professional with significant experience in payroll management and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of North American Payroll at Cargill since March 2025, Marya oversees payroll operations for over 50,000 employees in the United States. Previously, Marya worked as Corporate Payroll Manager at Hormel Foods, managing and training a large payroll team while implementing efficiency improvements. With a foundation in payroll management established at Ramsey County and Code42, Marya possesses a robust skill set in payroll processes, compliance, and team leadership.
