MATHIEU KACOU is an experienced professional in the fields of energy efficiency and project management, with a diverse background spanning several companies. At ISE Consulting, MATHIEU served as an Energy Efficiency Consultant, conducting audits and providing advice on energy efficiency. At SANIA Cie, MATHIEU held multiple roles including Utility Head of Department, where key achievements included reducing steam production costs through biomass energy, managing effluents and industrial water treatments, and leading a significant biomass boiler project. MATHIEU also served as Senior Project Engineer and Packaging Department Head, overseeing extensive packaging operations and managing a large team. More recently, at Cargill, MATHIEU held roles as Maintenance & Reliability Manager and Continuous Improvement & Reliability Excellence Manager.
