Matt Lance is the Supply Chain Director at Cargill, where they currently lead a team dedicated to enhancing supply chain planning efforts. With a robust background at Cargill that includes roles such as Supply Chain Manager and Sr. SAP Supply Chain Designer, Matt brings extensive experience in logistics and supply chain operations. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, maintaining a 4.0 GPA, and also hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Guelph with a 3.87 GPA.
