Matt Sheffer

Matt Sheffer is a Director at Cargill, where they lead the Dairy Sales & Nutrition team in the Eastern US. Originally from the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York, Matt has developed extensive experience in risk management, business growth, and team leadership through roles at Cargill, Aurora Insurance, and other organizations. Matt has lived and worked in various locations, including Minneapolis, Amarillo, Hollidaysburg, and Kansas City, before settling in Saratoga Springs, New York. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the State University of New York College at Oswego and have a background as a former college athlete and continued support for Coach K.
