Max England is a Protein Technology and Applications Leader at Cargill and has held various roles in the food industry, including R&D Manager and Director of Pork R&D. Max began their career as an Assistant Meat Laboratory Manager at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and later worked at Seaboard Foods as a Special Projects Manager. They have also contributed to operations at JBS and served as Director of Continuous Improvement at Seaboard Triumph Foods. Max is currently pursuing both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
