Maxime Hilbert

Maxime Hilbert is currently the Managing Director at Cargill Aquaculture Vietnam & Thailand, where they lead operations and commercial strategy across multiple plants and a workforce of over 350 employees. Previously, they held various roles at Cargill, including Commercial Director for Animal Nutrition in the Philippines and Strategic Marketing and Technology Director for PROVIMI in Southeast Asia. Maxime's leadership has consistently resulted in significant EBIT growth and successful team restructurings, demonstrating expertise in portfolio management and operational optimization. They earned a Master of Business Administration in International Trade and Marketing Management from MBA ESG.
