Michael Carper

Michael Carper has extensive experience at Cargill, having held multiple roles since May 2001, including Account Manager and Line of Business ISR Lead, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain process improvements, networking with category managers, training best practices, and developing growth strategies for customer products. Previously, Michael served as an Inside Sales Representative, managing relationships with meat merchandisers and brokers, and as Logistics Coverage Traffic, ensuring timely deliveries by coordinating with carriers and brokers. Earlier in his career, Michael worked as an Associate Account Manager at Cargill. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Liberty University and certifications in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Northwest Technical Institute.
