Michael Castleberry

Michael Castleberry currently holds a position in Global Security at Cargill since June 2023. Prior to this, Michael spent 17 years at Target in various roles including Senior Manager of Theft Operations, Investigations Consultant, and Senior Manager of Asset Protection at the National Resource Center. Michael demonstrated leadership in investigating domestic cash loss and enhancing profitability for the $50 billion retailer through adept management in store, supply chain, and investigations. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Supply Chain Asset Protection with a focus on distribution facility security and operations. Early career roles encompass managerial positions at Ryan's Restaurant Group and Habanero's Grill, where Michael was responsible for catering management, employee training, and cost control initiatives. Michael earned a BS in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Texas State University between 1997 and 2002.
