Michel Escames

Michel Escames is currently the Cargill Food & Bio Global Production Excellence Lead, where they oversee the implementation of production excellence programs across 145 sites worldwide. With a diverse background that includes roles such as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Tomago Aluminium and Continuous Improvement Champion at Rio Tinto Alcan, Michel has consistently driven operational enhancements and sustainable continuous improvement practices. They hold two Master's degrees in Business Administration and Management, earned from Université Paris X Nanterre and Université Paris XII.
