Mike Weiler

Mike Weiler is an experienced maintenance professional with over a decade of supervisory and management roles. Currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at Cargill since April 2019, Mike has also owned Black Cloud Dezines LLC since March 2014. Previous experience includes working as a Maintenance Mechanic at Turkey Hill Dairy, where responsibilities involved ice cream production machinery, and as a Maintenance Manager at Bird-In-Hand Woodworks, overseeing CNC routers and woodworking equipment. Earlier roles included Equipment Manager for Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology's football team and Maintenance Supervisor at True Precision Plastics. Mike's military background includes serving in the United States Army National Guard as a Diesel Generator Mechanic and in the US Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician on submarines. Mike holds a diploma from J.P. McCaskey High School, graduated in 1989.
