Nadia Lambeva possesses extensive experience in global mobility, compensation, and recruitment, currently serving as the Global Mobility, Compensation and Recruitment Lead at Cargill since April 2018, while also holding the position of Global Mobility Client Experience Lead. Prior to this, Nadia accrued a wealth of managerial experience as the Administrative Manager at AII Data Processing from January 2001 to February 2012, and held leadership roles at Payreto as Location Head from November 2016 to February 2018, and at EXL as Migration Manager from January 2016 to November 2016 and Operations Manager from February 2012 to January 2016.
