Neal Fredrickson

Neal Fredrickson is a Learning & Development Leader for Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory at Cargill, specializing in global food protection through learning. They previously held roles at the University of Minnesota, including Undergraduate Research Assistant and Teaching Specialist, where they contributed to food science research and developed curricula. Neal earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, a Master of Education in Learning Technologies, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Learning Technologies from the University of Minnesota. In their role at Cargill, they lead the implementation of global food defense strategies and coordinate food defense activities to ensure the safety and integrity of products within the supply chain.
