Nils Sips

Nils Sips has over three decades of experience in the food technology and ingredient sectors, primarily with Cargill, where Nils has held various leadership roles since 2000, including R&D Director of Technical Service & Go-To-Market for FIS EMEA and R&D Director of Technical Service & Commercial Excellence. Nils has effectively aligned multiple roles within the Technology organization under Cargill's Health & Nutrition division, leading to enhanced project throughput and increased value creation. Nils has also been instrumental in developing business opportunities for specialty sweetener ingredients and has successfully engaged key customers such as Unilever and Nestlé to implement new product concepts. Beginning the career at Cargill (Cerestar) from 1989 to 2000, Nils served in various technical service manager positions, focusing on the confectionery, bakery, and food sectors. Nils holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from HAS Green Academy.
