Pam Bailey

Pam Bailey currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Lead at Cargill, a position held since March 2019, where responsibilities include developing and implementing systems and process improvements to enhance production quality and efficiency. Prior to this, Pam worked at Cargill Protein as an Operations Support Specialist and Inventory Control Supervisor from June 2016 to February 2019, focusing on procurement and inventory management. Pam's extensive experience includes a lengthy tenure at Reckitt Benckiser, where roles ranged from Logistics Center Manager, overseeing large facilities for consumer goods distribution, to Product Supply Manager and Customer Service Manager, both focusing on inventory control and customer logistics. Pam holds educational credentials from LSU Shreveport and Southwood High School.
