Peter Rugroden

Peter Rugroden is a Senior Scientist at Cargill Aqua Nutrition, specializing in R&D for feed production involving various animal species such as salmon and shrimp. Previously, they worked as a Research Scientist II at EWOS Innovation and held the position of Scientist at Cargill Aqua Nutrition from 2015 to 2021. Peter gained experience early in their career as a Control Systems Engineering Intern at Xcel Energy and as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot. They hold a B.S. in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering from the University of Minnesota, where they graduated with a 3.93 GPA, along with an Associate of Science from North Hennepin Community College and a General Bible degree from the Association Free Lutheran Bible School.
