Phenalyn Dungca

Phenalyn Dungca is currently the Director of Food Safety Quality and Regulatory at Cargill, where they develop strategic and tactical plans for food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. With a background that includes roles such as Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Manager and Laboratory Supervisor at Cargill, they have significantly contributed to enhancing food safety culture and policies within the organization. Previously, Phenalyn also served as a Production Supervisor at Lloyd Laboratories Inc. and held various positions at Agribrands International, Inc. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Pharmacy at the University of the Philippines.
