Reena Bhattacharya has a diverse work experience in the field of global communications and public relations. Reena started their career as a Manager in Perfect Relations, where they handled PR campaigns for a range of clients across industries. Reena then worked as a Senior Manager in Vaishnavi Corporate Communications, managing communication campaigns for IT businesses. Reena went on to join Telenor as a Manager in the Corporate Affairs team, where they played a key role in creating public awareness for the brand during its launch in India. Reena later worked at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry as part of the Corporate Communications team, focusing on PR and media campaigns for national expansion. Reena then joined 10 Minutes to 1 as a Director, before taking on the role of Communication Leader - Indian Subcontinent at Cargill, where they were responsible for building the company's reputation in the region. After that, they became a Senior Manager of Global Communications at Cargill, and most recently, they are the Director of Global Communications at Cargill, overseeing strategic communications, crisis response, and corporate responsibility work. Throughout their career, Reena has demonstrated expertise in developing effective communication strategies, managing crisis communication, and engaging key stakeholders.

Reena Bhattacharya completed their education in a chronological manner. Reena first attended St. Francis De Sales School from 1989 to 2001, where they specialized in the field of Commerce. After that, they pursued a degree in Arts from Jesus & Mary College between 2001 and 2004. Following their undergraduate studies, Reena joined Xavier Institute of Communications from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Post Graduation degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications.
