Rick Loose is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Cargill since 1999, currently serving as Solutions Architect within the solution development team, focused on delivering innovative competitive solutions and enhancing existing systems across manufacturing and production facilities. Previously, Rick held various positions including Senior Technical Analyst in the North American Manufacturing IT group, where responsibilities included hardware and software support for plant floor solutions. Rick also worked as a Technical/Business Analyst in the Plant Controls Group, as well as leading IT Service Desk teams to provide comprehensive support to Cargill's business units. Prior to Cargill, Rick gained experience as a Production Supervisor at Allina Health System and held multiple roles in operations and technical support across different companies. Rick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Production Operations Management from Winona State University and has pursued further education in IT and inventory management.
