Rob Hayes, MBA, is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in API development and integration solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Cargill since May 2019, Rob focuses on streamlining integrations with stakeholders and enhancing collaborative engineering practices. Previously, as Lead API Engineer, Rob directed development and maintenance for both the API Platform and Machine Learning Platform, ensuring effective support for API engineers. Rob's earlier roles include Solution Architect at Aeritae, where solutions were designed on the ServiceNow platform, and Lead Engineer at Target, where Rob oversaw significant improvements to the ServiceNow Platform. With a solid foundation in computer science and information management, Rob has consistently contributed to optimizing IT service management and integration processes throughout a diverse career.
