Rodolpho Simas

Rodolpho Simas is the Global Senior Director of Human Rights at Cargill, where they lead the Global Human Rights team to implement the company's human rights strategy framework. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Rodolpho spent over a decade at Deloitte, focusing on sustainability and corporate responsibility before dedicating three years at Unilever to human rights and responsible sourcing in Latin America. With a strong passion for sustainability and human rights, Rodolpho has over 15 years of experience embedding sustainable practices in business, while actively engaging with various stakeholders across the global corporate sustainability agenda. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a Master's in Environmental Management & Sustainability from Universidade de São Paulo.
