Having served in various roles from Supervisor de Producción at Ingredion Incorporated to Manufacturing and Supply Chain Leader at Cargill, Rubén has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and talent development. Rubén holds a Master’s degree in Operations and Logistics from Universidad Andrés Bello, along with several diplomas in business management and quality systems. Currently, Rubén leads efforts in maximizing value creation and ensuring safety and quality in operational processes.
