Scott Pohlman is the AVP and Director of Beef Supply Chain Sustainability at Cargill, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served in various leadership positions within the company, including Operations Superintendent and Complex Manager, beginning their career there in 2008. Pohlman earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, Meat Science from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Meat Science, Food Microbiology from the University of Wyoming.
