Serena Hicks

Serena Hicks has extensive experience in the retail sector, primarily within agricultural supply companies. Since December 2005, Serena has served as a Retail Consultant at Cargill, where responsibilities include collaborating with multi-location retail stores to enhance their feed business through marketing, sales, training, and promotion execution. Prior to this role, Serena worked at SoMo Agri Supply from 2004 to 2005 in Retail Customer Service, focusing on order management, merchandising, and event organization. From 2002 to 2004, Serena was also in Retail Customer Service at Tindle Farm Supply, assisting customers with orders and shipping until the location's closure. Serena holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Plant Management from Missouri State University, completing the degree in 2005.
