Currently serving as the Manufacturing Technology & Continuous Improvement Leader for North America, Sibu drives continuous improvement initiatives within Cargill's cocoa and chocolate business. Sibu holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela and Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, respectively.
