Siegrid Ikeda, Msc, is a Food Safety and Quality Specialist with a focus on internal audits and quality management. They have extensive experience at Cargill from 2019 to 2022, where they led the implementation of strategic food safety projects across South America and conducted internal audits for food safety management systems. Siegrid has also held various roles in quality assurance at organizations such as Rousselot and FMC, and has contributed to academia as a Production Planning and Quality Management teacher.
