Simon Coste has extensive experience in the hospitality and food industries, having held various managerial positions since 2013. Notable roles include MICE & Hotel Planner at Thon Hotels, where Simon managed reservations and event planning, and Training Manager at Boh Phut Resort & Spa, overseeing staff training and guest satisfaction. Simon transitioned to Cargill in 2018, initially as a Sales Account Manager, progressing to the role of Key Account Manager for Food Solutions, where Simon focuses on strategic customer interactions and business growth.
