Simon Lai, LCB, is an accomplished professional in trade compliance and logistics with extensive experience in multiple industries. Previously, Simon held various roles at General Mills, including Manager of Trade Compliance and Import Compliance Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations and managing customs operations. Simon's career began at Target, contributing to supply chain optimization and implementing merchandising strategies.
