Simon Valentine is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Cargill, Simon is responsible for leading a large team of professionals and managing the recruitment of over 10,000 new hires annually. Prior positions include Global Director of Talent Acquisition at TE Connectivity and Philip Morris International, where Simon oversaw executive hiring, employer branding, and diversity initiatives. Simon's earlier roles encompass leadership positions at Fletcher Building, Uber, Standard Chartered Bank, Cisco, and talent management positions at CDI Talent & Technology Solutions and ManpowerGroup. Simon holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Human Resources from The University of Waikato.
