Sonia Han

Research Scientist

Sonia Han is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in food science and biochemistry. At Cargill from May 2013 to July 2019, Sonia held positions as Research Scientist and Associate Scientist, focusing on the in vitro digestion of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins, as well as protein extraction from plant sources. Additionally, Sonia contributed as a Contracted Chemist performing microplate analysis and SDS-PAGE. Sonia holds a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Northern Iowa.
