Sripathy S. serves as the Advisor & Capability Development Lead for GBS at Cargill since December 2025. Prior to this role, Sripathy held the position of Director - Strategy and Transformation at Warner Bros. Discovery from October 2023 to November 2025, where responsibilities included designing GBS functions and processes. From February 2019 to October 2023, Sripathy was a Transformational Change Leader at Shell, overseeing global change initiatives and earning the CIO Award twice. Previous experience includes roles at Wipro as a Practice Partner and Senior Consulting Manager, Infosys as a Senior Consultant, and Tech Mahindra as a Lead Solution Designer, as well as foundational work in shared services management for telecom service providers in India. Sripathy's educational background includes a PGDBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis, an MCA in Computer Science from IGNOU, and degrees in Computer Science and Hindi Language and Literature from various institutions.
