Stephanie Arnold

Stephanie Arnold, MPS, PHR, is a Senior Director and HR Business Partner at Cargill, where they lead HR initiatives for the Agricultural Supply Chain North America, overseeing over 3,000 team members across various facilities. They previously held roles such as Business HR Leader during a short-term assignment, and have extensive experience in employee relations, staffing solutions, and leadership development within Cargill. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Davenport University and a Master’s degree from Penn State University in Human Resources and Employment Relations.
