Stephen Giunta

Stephen Giunta is currently the Culinary Director at Cargill, a position they have held since 2002, where they focus on new product development and customer business development. They also served as a Manager of Culinary Innovation at Cargill since the same year. Prior to this, Stephen was a Corporate Chef at Kerry Ingredients from 2000 to 2002 and a Chef Instructor at The Culinary Institute of America from 1997 to 2000. Stephen holds a Certified Master Chef designation from the American Culinary Federation and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. Driven by a passion for learning and teaching, they have dedicated their career to advancing culinary innovation.
