Steve Etzell

Steve Etzell is a seasoned enterprise architect with extensive experience in defining and driving technology strategy and governance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Principal Enterprise Architect at Cargill, Steve focuses on aligning business processes, applications, and technology with organizational goals. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise Architecture and Quality Assurance at Inspire Brands, where Steve established architecture practices for a multi-brand restaurant group, and Director at Buffalo Wild Wings, managing IT strategies and governance. Steve’s career also includes significant positions at Sleep Number by Select Comfort, where initiatives in enterprise architecture and information security were key contributions, and co-founding an internet application development company at Mindframe, Inc. Steve holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science.
