Stuart Cowell is an experienced professional in the cocoa and chocolate industry, currently serving as the Global Key Account Manager for Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate since April 2014, previously holding the position of UK/IRE Sales Manager. Before joining Cargill, Stuart worked at AAK from October 2011 to March 2014 as a National Account Manager, focusing on the Food Manufacture and Foodservice sectors, and played a key role in shaping business growth strategies. Additionally, Stuart served as the Commercial Manager for AAK UK from January 2007 to September 2011, overseeing the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business. Stuart holds a BA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Hull.
