Sujiwarn Srimee has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations across multiple organizations. Starting as an HR&Admin Officer at LINTEC CORPORATION, Sujiwarn advanced to roles at OMRON Group, where responsibilities included managing recruitment, performance appraisals, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives. At Chevron, Sujiwarn served as Employee Relations Counselor and HR Business Partner, providing guidance on labor laws and HR policies. Subsequently, a position as Senior ER Officer at Rodenstock involved advising managers on employee relations strategies and local procedures.
