Terry Field is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software integration and engineering. Currently serving as the MES Software Integration Architect at Cargill since October 2020, Terry also holds the position of Technical Lead and Solution Integrity Analyst for MES/MOM Applications in North America. As President and Owner of Advantage Controls since October 2003, Terry has showcased entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Senior Software Developer at Imagine Print Solutions, Senior Systems Engineer at Savigent Software, Principal Software Engineer at Microboards Technology/Afinia, and a Controls Engineer at various organizations, including Diversified Remediation and Controls, Metro Machine & Engineering Corp., Hutchinson Technology Inc., and Sperry Univac. Additionally, Terry has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Ridgewater College.
