Tim Eickman is currently the Senior Director of Agile Manufacturing and Strategic Procurement at Cargill, where they provide global leadership to drive operational excellence within the Bioindustrial business unit. From 2007 to 2010, Tim held various managerial roles at Cargill, including Vitamin E Plant Manager and Global Operations Manager, responsible for the operational effectiveness and financial performance across multiple plants worldwide. Tim also gained valuable experience as a Process Engineer at Monsanto Company from 2000 to 2002. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University in 1999.
