Tom Windish has a strong background in the food industry, particularly in retail sales and marketing. With experience as VP of Retail Sales at JBS from 2005 to 2007, Windish then held multiple leadership roles at Cargill from 2010 onwards, including VP/GM of US Case Ready, President of Cargill Food Distribution, and VP of Beef Marketing. Currently, Windish serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Experience for Food North America at Cargill, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this, Windish was President of the Retail Channel at Cargill Protein from January 2017 to February 2022. Windish earned a degree in Agriculture Economics with a focus on Food Business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign between 1987 and 1991.
