Jan Gommans has extensive experience in finance and business control, currently serving as the Head of Business Control and BI at Carglass® Nederland since 2025. Previously, Jan worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Axell Group from 2024 to 2025 and held various leadership roles at Philips, including Head of Payments and Fraud from 2019 to 2023. Jan's earlier career also included positions in R&D Controllers at Organon and various finance roles where they were responsible for significant business outcomes in eCommerce and consumer lifestyle sectors. Jan holds a Master's degree in Finance from Tilburg University and an International Executive Master's degree in Finance from the University of Amsterdam.
